Shipping Policy

Orders are prepared and shipped from our facilities in Spain and Mexico.

The origin of the shipment depends on the destination:

Orders within Spain and the European Union are shipped from Spain  
Orders to the United States are shipped from Mexico  
Orders within Mexico are shipped from national territory  

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before completing the purchase.


Preparation time

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days. During periods of high demand, this timeframe may be slightly extended.


Delivery times

Spain: 2–5 business days  
European Union: 3–8 business days  
Mexico: 2–7 business days  
United States: 5–8 business days  

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and the carrier. In any case, and in accordance with applicable regulations, the maximum delivery period will be 30 calendar days from order confirmation, unless a different timeframe has been agreed.


Delivery responsibility

Arzuaga Leather Goods is responsible for the order until it is delivered to the address indicated by the customer or to an authorized third party.

If the order is lost or arrives damaged, you may contact us and we will manage a solution.


Customs and taxes

Orders within the European Union are not subject to additional customs charges.

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to taxes, duties, or other import charges, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.


Shipping address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete address. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to address errors.

In case of absence at the time of delivery, the carrier may make additional delivery attempts or manage the shipment according to its own conditions. If the order is returned due to reasons attributable to the customer, reshipping costs may be charged to the customer.


Delays

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, you may contact us.

In case of delay, the customer may require delivery within an additional reasonable period. If the order is not delivered within that period, the customer may cancel the purchase and request a refund in accordance with applicable regulations.
